In case a poll as aforegaid is required, then an advanced poll will be held at the place and during the time specified by the "Advanced Poll Bylaw, 196%, No. 956"; namely, at the Port Coquitlam City Hall from 1 o'clock in the afternoon until 8 o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday, November 10th, 1977 and from 8:30 o'clock in the forenoon until 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday to Friday, inclusive, November l4th to 18th, 1977. 6..°The powex to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the respective polling places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer appointed herein. Carried. Prior to passage of the above resolution Alderman Ranger stated he would like to see a report prepared after the forthcoming election on the degree of use of the polling stations experienced. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That the resolution passed by this Council on August 22nd, 1977 wherein an alternate week meeting schedule was set out be rescinded; AND THAT the Council resume the practice of holding meetings every Monday evening (except Statutory Holidays) as provided in Section 201 of the "Council Procedure Bylaw, 1968, No. 899", Carried. CORRESPONDENCE & PETITIONS: From Mr. William A. Beavo, Barrister & Solicitor, September 13, 1977, re the Estate of Florence May Anderson, and requesting permission to obtain letters of administration without bond. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the appointment of Mr. William A. Beavo, Barrister & Solicitor as Administrator without Bond in the Estate of Florence May Anderson-be approved. Carried.
