. A By-law to amend the “ehty of Port Coquiticm Pound and Animal
Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020".

The Huntcipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacta ae follows: :
2. Clause (a) of Section 25 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and
Aninal Reguletion By-law, 1970, No. 1020" fa amended by repealing Sub-clause
(4) and substituting the following:

“€4) Pound fee of $20.00",
2. Clause (b) of Section 25 tg amended by repealing Sub-clause rT) and
substituting the followings
é *€4) Pound fee of $20.00",
3. Section 34 is amended by striking out the figure "$20.00" where tha
same appears therein and substituting therefor the figure "$20.00",
4. Schedule "A" of the By-law is Amended by striking out the figure
"$10.00" ‘where the same twice appears in the Violation Notice set out therein
and substituting therefor the figure "$20.00" in each case,
