"City of Pore Coquitlam Building By-law, 1973, No. 1233"

This by~law adorts the 1970 hational Building Code of Canada,
this rerlaces tne 15€5 cece. we have incorporated minor charges to the
code, exemples are sheathing requirements and minimum studding spacing

16" 0.C. Fermic fees were also revised.

There are differences between the 1970 and 1565 code, however,

the 1970 code is more suited to the present day conditions.

The proposed by-law has few changes to the National Code, we
could make further revisions if problem areas crise as we have the proe
visions tc do so in the sunicipal Act at the presert time.
