By-law No. 1815: to rezone lot 90, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 34130, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RS-1A. This property is located at 2145 Grant Avenue and following completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the existing house will be removed and that the property will be subdivided into two single family residential lots.
