On behalfof the newly-formed Port Coquitlam Business Improvemfent Association, tam writing
to request that we may appear as a delegation before City Council, at its regular meeting of
August 8th, 1994,

The subject of our presentation will be our efforts to establish a Business Improvement Area
(B.LA.) in Downtown Port Coquitlam, and a request for the Suppoit and assistance of City
