Extending the culvert will allow us to eliminate the water course on Thompson
Park.

The option of moving the fence to the west will prevent balls from rolling into the
water course bordering Thonipson Park. It will also move the water course inside

the City Yards control area; thereby, reducing the risk to children playing in that
area of the park,
