OCCASIONAL USERS

ARENA USERS - _ both dry floor and ice users use this room sporadically for team
meetings, executive meetings, etc. Averages a total of
approximately one evening meeting per week.

Depending on availability they will be offered the Terry Fox
Library rooms, Hyde Creek meeting room or the Mabbett
Room at a reduced rate

TOURNAMENTS/EVENTS

during tournaments the Young room is usually used for
storage, or a statistics rooms, or hostess/volunteer headquarters
a portion of the Mabbett Room can be divided and secluded

Note: the most recent Bantam Tournament, Ringette
Tournament and Adult Tournament did not use the Young
Room
