That Council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to prepare Development Variance Permit 94/92 subject to: Submiasion of a subdivision plan to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of a conceptual subdivision layout for the balance of the block; and The applicant holding an information meeting for all property owners that may be affected. BACKGROUND: This application is for a Development Variance to permit a parcel of land to be subdivided into two RS~1 lots, one of which would have 25 meters in gepth. (28 meters is required under the Zoning Bylaw). COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS: Engineering Department: 1. No services available or road access to Lot B; 2. Existing land allowance unopened; 3. Lot 8, Plan 19044 must be first subdivided and services installed before proposed Lot B is created.
