BYLAW NO. 2689

A Bylaw to stop up and cloge to traffic a portion
of toad shown dedicated on Plan 2261, New Westminster
District, in the City of Port Coquitlan.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the
"Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to
traffic a bighway or any portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway
hereinafter described be stopped up and closed te traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. ALL that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2261, New Weatminater
District having an area of 23.3 m, deseribed ag Parcel 'A', and included
within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by D.J. Dyck,
British Columbia Land Surveyor, on the 23rd day of April, 1992, a copy of
which ig attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "1200 Block Mary Hill Road
(Plan 2261) Road Closure Bylaw, 1992, No. 2689".

Read a first time by the Municipal Couneil this lst day of June, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this lat day of June, 1992.
Read a third time by the Municipal Cowneil this lst day of June, 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this day of 1992.
