The discharge of flrearcms for 4 Commercial Game Bird Club on private property authorized hy the Ministry or Environment, Fish & Wildlife Management. The discharge of firearme for a Rod & Gun Club duly authorized pursuant to the By-laws. of the Municipality. A permit for the discharge of firearms may be issued providing the applicant is covered by an existing public liability and property damage insurance policy in the minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 validated for the duration of the permit. 6, No permits shall be issued for the discharge of firearms utilizing a single wrojectile save and except a permit issued gurcsuant to Section S(c) of this bylaw. Applications for a permit as required under Section 5 shall be made in writing en forms shown attached as Schedule mat, a. The Municipal Clerk of the Corporation of the District of Maple Ridge is hwreby authorized to issue a permit to discharge a firearm to an applicant subject to such conditions, restrictions, and provisions as he shali deem propec, including xvelief from any other provisions as he shall deem proper including relief from any other provision of this by-law; but there shall be specified therein the duration for which and the place or’places for which such permit shall ba valid and the expiry date of such permit.
