DRAFT RESOLUTION: Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2628 of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited as the “1700 Block Freemont Street (Plan 2416) Road Closure Bylaw, 1991, No. 2628" a certain portion of road therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of the sald portion of road deseribed in Bylaw No. 2628 and the vesting of the title of the land comprising the same in Pitt River Marina Ltd., 200 - 133 West 17th Street, North Vancouver, B.C., V7M IvV5 (Incorporation Number 395373).
