A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Yhat certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla
which 1s more particularly described as:

Lot 114
District Lot 380

Group One
Plan 35982
New Westminster Diatrict

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes aa "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2623".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 2ist day of October, 1991.
