Background & Repairs: Attached is a memorandum from the Operations Manager describing the roblems and the costs related to the Hyde Park Sanitary Pump Station repair. Also attached is a site plan for the pump station. The Hyde Park Sanitary Pump Station operates with two pumps. These pumps have weak electrical systems and pump #2 was shut down due to continuous running during the recent heavy raias. Although pump #2 is now temporarily repaired, there is concern that this problem could reoccur in the near future.
