BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: At the regular meeting of February 19, 1990 Council asked for the status of construction of the house on this property. Construction of the house is complete and the house has been sold. A mistake was made in the placing of the foundation, which was not discovered until after the house was constructed, resulting in a side yard of just 1.3 m at one rear corner of the building. The minimum side yard under the provisions of the RS-1 zone should be 1.5 m. .
