I came home to discovered concrete pads are being installed which is an indication to me that an altempt is being made to go ahead with these Boxes inspite of how the Community feels toward this action. I am requesting a Special Council Meeting immediately to stop the installation of these Super Mail Boxes. This Neighborhocd wants door to door delivery ONLY! Tt outrages me to think Canada Pest is conducting a Business on municipal property. I am also told that the City receives no renumeration for their use of this land either. I find this shocking. It is also my understanding that no building permits, business licenses or rezoning applications have been filed or approved. I have been told by City Engineering that they have no power to stop these installations unless this to cease the installation of Super Mail Foxes 1s delegated by City Council. Please inform me immediately as to the date this Meeitng will take place as well as the time. } Sincerely, Nore: Lain Rf J): Chateauneuf 1157 Citadel Drive Port Coquitlam, B.C. 941-4588 or 736-3441 injunction supported and Extra-Ordinary ; Mer.
