That the Clerk's Office be directed to notify surrounding property
owners of the application to amend this development variance permit to
relax the Zoning Bylaw requirements of Section 308 (5) and (7), front and
rear yard setbacks from 6 metres to 5.7 metres.

From the City Clerk, September 5th, 1989 regarding sale of City
Property - 1530 Kingsway Avenue.

Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for Municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel "54", District Lot 288, Group One, Reference Plan 64191, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitlam B.C.,

be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the “Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is

appropriate.
