THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2338 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l. That certain parcel of land situated in port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: that part of Lot "A", District Lots 174 and 289, Group One, Plan 5719, New Westminster District, included within the heavy outline and identified as "Part of Lot "A" Area To Be Rezoned" on the plan prepared by Peter T. Mason, BCLS, and dated the 2nd day of February, 1988 with an area of 1.459 ha, plus or minus, is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 26 This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2338", Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of February, 1988.
