THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2289

A Bylaw to amend the "Development
Procedures Bylaw, 1987, Ho. 2245"

The Municipal! Councl!i of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Clause (b) of Section 8 of the "Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243" is
amended by striking our the perlod at the end thereof and substituting 4

semicolon, the word Wand" and @ COMM.

Section 8 of the Bylaw Is further amended by adding the following as ciause (c):

"(c) the Council shall eltner refuse the application or instruct the Clerk to give
the notice required by Sections 980 (13) and 980 (14) of the Municlpal Act and
such notice shal! be given In respect to all parcels within 40 meters (131.2 feet)

from that part of the land that }s subject To the permit."

3, This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "Development Procedures Bylaw,
1987, No. 2245, Amendment Bylaw 1987, No. 2289".
