THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2274

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 1 (containing 8.498 ha) as shown on @ oroposed subdivision plan of Lot
83 and a portion of Lot 84 of District Lots 379, 464, and 463, Group One,

Plan 47652 prepared by D.G. Fenning, B.C.L.S.

is hereby rezoned from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial )
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" js
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2274",
