Mayor Traboulay advised receipt of a telegram from Mayor John Agnew,
District of Mission regarding the Shake and Shingle Industry.

That the Municipal Councit! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquit!am support the District of Mission regarding their onposition to
the U.S. Government imposing a tariff on the Shake and Shingle Industry
and that a copy of the resolution be forwarded to Prime Minister Brian

Mulroney.
Carried.
