On the south half of the site in the passive use area.
there is an old river channel that contains several
intermittent streams and is often swampy. That channel's

meandering character Lends itself to serving as 4 natural

background and divider for the various activity areas in

this use zone. Higher land beside the channels is proposed
for use as picnic sites, walking-jogging trails and in one

location the eventual construction of a parking lot.
