BYLAW NO. 1949

A bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies in the
"Development. Cost Charge Reserve Funds". ~

; WHEREAS pursuant to Section 719(7) of the "Municipal Act",
being Chapter 290, R.S.8.C., 1979, the Council established

Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend 4 portion of
the monies set aside in the Development. Cost Charge ‘Reserve Funds;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The ‘Corporation of

the City of ‘Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as

‘follows:

‘1. The sums: hereinafter speci ified are hereby appropriated From
the respective Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds to! be. expended
