Alderman Mabbett introduced e Bylaw to provide for determination of
assessed value of land snd improvements within the municipality for general
purposes.

That Bylaw No. 1928 be read a first time.
Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution Alderman
Wright requested that Bylaw No. 1928 he deferred until the Council members

had time to study the report.

Mayor Traboulay advised that there would be a special meeting of the
Council on Wednesday, November 24th, 1982 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss Bylaw No.

1928.

From the Port Coquitlam Atom "B" Rep Hockey Team regarding their
request for a lottery license.
