This property is located at 1915 Pitt River Road and following completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the exist ing house located thereon will be removed and a duplex dwelling will be constructed. Mrs. Doris Krisko, 1933 Pitt River Road, advised that in her opinion the proposed rezoning would compound the traffic problems in the area. Mr. Donald Fleming, 1901 Pitt River Road, advised that there were too many duplexes in the area at the present time and he advised that he could now see five duplexes trom his residence. Mr. Brian Audrain, 1936 Pitt River Road advised that the area was presently a single family neighbourhood and the construction of a duplex would reduce the value of his property. The owner of the property that was the subject of the rezoning advised that the rezoning was required in order that they could be financially able to remain on the property. Acting Mayor E.W. Mabbett advised the meeting the following proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651"! would now be considered.
