A By-law to provide for the exemption from taxation certain

real property set apart and in use for the public worship of God.
WHEREAS the Title to Lot 444, District Lot 466, Group Cne, Plan 58092,
New Westminster District, is registered in the name of The Trustees of the

Congregation of the llope Lutheran Charch of Port Coquitlam;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to set out herein the extent of the
exemption from taxation granted with respect to the property aforesaid;
NOW UHEREFORE the Municipa2 Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open ineeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated

thereon, known as Lot 444, District Lot 466,°Group One, Plan 58092, New

Westminster District, is hereby declared to be ‘exempt from taxation to the

extent provided in Section 327 (7) of the Municipal Act:

2. The following By-laws are repealed:

| (a) "Sls Lot 2 and Remainder Lot 4, Block H, District 466,
Plan 10715 Lutheran Church Exemption from Taxation By-law,
1970, No. 1024", .
(b) "S's Lot .2 and Remainder Lot 4, Block HW, District Lot 466,

Plan 10715 Lutheran Church Exemption from Taxation By-law
1970, No. 1024, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1559".

3. This by-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Lot 444, District

Lot 466, Group One, Plan 58092 Lutheran Church Exemption from Taxation By-law,

1979, No. 1720",
