It is intended that the Remainder of Lot 19 will combine with the Remainder of Lot 20, Plan 11116 to the north in the future to complete the subdivision pattern in this area. 0 Lots 443, 444, 446, 447, and 448 do not conform to the City's Subdivision of Land By-law with respect to Frontage but the proposed lots do conform to Council's frontage exemption policy. , Please accept this memorandum as a request that this proposed subdivision be submitted for Council consideration to grant a frontage exemption as provided in Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act.
