Re: Proposed Subdivision of Part of Lot 19,
SE 1/4, Section 12, Township 39, Plan
11119, N.W.D. - File S#32~76

Attached hereto please find a print of the above mentioned
subdivision which has been submitted to the undersigned for approval.

The Remainder of Lot 19, Plan 11119 does not conform to Section
712 (1) cf the Municipal Act in that the frontage is not equal to 10% of
the permeter. It is intended that the Remainder of Lot 19 will combine
with the Remainder of Lot 20, Plan 11116 to the north in the future to
complete the subdivision pattern in this area.

0 Lots 443, 444, 446, 447, and 448 do not conform to the City's
Subdivision of Land By-law with respect to Frontage but the proposed
lots do conform to Council's frontage exemption policy. ,

Please accept this memorandum as a request that this proposed
subdivision be submitted for Council consideration to grant a frontage
exemption as provided in Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act.

2977, wherein Lots 443 to 450 are created and therein the remainder of
Lot 19 is lefe with a frontage upon the highway of less chan 1/10th of
its perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the
tminioum frontage prescribed under Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act
and the "City of Port Coquitiam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No.
992",
