Attached hereto please find a sketch of the proposed
subdivision mentioned above. Both proposed lots do not comply
with the frontage requirements contained in Section 712 of
the Municipal Act. This memorandum is a request that you
place this on the agenda of the next Council meeting for the
granting of a frontage exemption as provided for in Section
712 of the Municipal Act.
