the City's new Zoning By-law be abandoned, and that another new Zoning By-
co" law be prepared taking into account the many zoning changes that have

occurred in the first part of this year.

AND THAT the Land Use Committee be instructed to give further
consideration to the question of a new Zoning By-law for the City and

present a recommendation to the Council in due course. Carried.

The Committee, in its report, also pointed out that five Zoning
Amendment By-laws in process that have been converted to read in terms
of the City's new Zoning By-law, will have to be converted back to read
in terms of the old Zoning By-law.

That Section 1 of By-law No. 1468 be amended:
i. by striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-

law, 1977, No. 1498" and substituting therefor the title "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918";

by striking out the Zone Designation of "RM-1 (Multiple Family
Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone Designation
of "RM~1 (Low Density Apartment Residential)";

That Section 2 of By-law No. 1468 be amended by striking out the
-title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment
By-law, 1977, No. 1468" and substituting therefor the title "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1977, No.

1468";

AND THAT By-law No. 1468, as amended, be read a third time.
