2. The expenditure to be carried out by the monies hereby appropriated

have been more particularly specified and authorized by, resolution of the
Council.
3. Should any of the above amount remain unexpended after the
expenditures hereby authorized have been made, the unexpended balance shall
be returned to the credit of the said reserve fund.
4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Tax Sale Lands
Reserve Fund Expenditure By-law, 1977, No. 1518",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Seventh day of
March, 1977.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Seventh day of
March, 1977.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Seventh day of

March, 1977.
Received the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs this
