Re: Premises at 2571 Pitt River Road,
Port Coquitlam.

As requested, an inspection of the above premises was
carried out on June 3th, 1975. The following conditions vere
noted.

The septic tank Sewage system is inadequate and is not
constructed in accordance with the Provincial Sewage Resulations.

‘ The house in general is in a dilapidated, run-down
condition.

It is recommended that this house be condemned as unfit
for human habitation.
