CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1358

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being
Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" is
amended by removing the Zone Designation of RN-L (Low-Density Apartment Residential)
assigned to the West 4; of Lot K (except the north 165 feet), Block 4, District Lot
479, Group 1, Plan 6825, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation
of P-1 (Civic Instituticnal) to the said property,
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1358",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Tenth day of February, 1975.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Tenth day of February, 1975.

Public Hearing held this day of » 1975,

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of
at least two-thirds (2/3) of all the members of the Municipal Council of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this day of » 1975.

Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918” is
amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 (One Family Residential)
assigned to the East \ of Lot K (except the north 165 feet), Block 4, District
Lot 479, Group 1, Plan 6825, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone
Designation of C-2 (Ned ghbourhood Commercial) to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1359",
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Tenth day of February, 1975.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Tenth day of February, 1975.
