City Hall, 2272 iicAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlan, 8. C. on Monday, “larch
25th, 1974 at 7:39 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend

the "City of Port Coquitlan Zoning by-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law . 1396: to rezone Lots 2 to 11, inclusive, Block Q,

District Lot 379, Plan 17609, from A-l (Agricultural) to RS-1

(One-Fanily Residential).
The property described above is located on the North side of
Wilsen Avenue and has the following street addresses:

Following completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that

a duplex dwelling will be constructed at 2535 Wilson Avenue.

A copy of the proposed By~law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days - from March 14th to March
25th, 1974.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public
