From the City Clark, January 10th, 1973 advising: that notice has been recei~ ved from the Fraser River Harbour Commission just prior to the end of 1972 that a change to Section 130 of its By-laws was under consideration, and stating the Matter is presented to Couneil as the Commission is required to notify each of its member municipalities when a change of this nature is contemplated, Moved by Akernan Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That the change proposed by the Fraser River Harbour Commission to Section 130 of its By-laws be accepted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. Carried. From the City Clerk, January 10th, 1973 regarding requests received from Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Melanson, the owner of 3774 Wellington Street and Mr. and Mrs.B. J. LeBlanc, the owner of 3755 Coast Meridian Road that the City relinquish its right-of-way for Sewerage purposes held across these two lets, and Stating that mathe City Engineer has advised it is in no way necessary for these easements to be retained.
