Eng Dear Sir: Re: Proposed Pump Station at Oxford Street and Union Avenue Further to our letter to Mr. Ron Freeman of July 14, 1987 and your telephone conversations with Mike Carver of this office of July 28th and 29th, 1987. We are forwarding two sketches showing the proposed elevation of our Oxford Heights pump station. The building will be constructed of split faced concrete block with a gabled wood frame roof. When architectural drawings are available for the building we will forward them to you for your review. t The provisions for future expansion of the station, shown on the enclosed sketch and the sketch attached to our letter of July 14th, is for additional pump equipment to serve development of land owned by Abbey Downs Investments Ltd. at Oxford Street and David Avenue. It now appears that this development may proceed and it is possible that expansion of the station will become part of our project. However, this depends on an agreement between the District and Abbey Downs on cost sharing. . If you have any further questions please contact Mr. Mike Carver of this office. ; , Yours truly, Neil Nyberd, P. Ena Municipal Eniginee
