ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITY
CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM
JANUARY 1980

During the month 57 complaints were received, however, 42 animals were impounded
and of these 30 were claimed. The claim rate of 62% is mest gratifying.

A total of 15 tickets were issued up from the previous January in 1979.

In the catagories of dead animals picked up animals destroyed as surplus to human
requirements also show a decrease.
