REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the purchase
of the undernoted property:

Lot lOL (Except Plans 63714 and 78712), Plan 58743, and
Lot "B", Plan 78712, and
Lots 31, 32, 33, and 34, Plan 2161,

all in District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, in Port Coquitlan,
B.C.

being approximately 4.985 ha (12.32 acres) located west of the Coquitlam River
at the east ends of Dizon, Jane, Burleigh, and Bedford Streets and will
conaider proposals for ita rezoning to an RM=4 and/or RM~5 Apartment zoning

designation.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside
"Tender for Weat Coquitlam River Property" and addressed to:

Port Coquitiam, 5.C,

and be in her handa by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, September 24th, 1992.
Any tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all
tenders inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

1. a.) A certified cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany each
tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the
Council for a period of 30 days.

b.) Upon a tender being accepted by the Council a further installment of
$95,000.00 must be paid to the City by certified cheque by the
successful tenderer within five days of receipt of notice of
acceptance of the tender or the deposit will be forfeited.

The balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful
tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the
deposit will be forfeited. This time limit may be extended as

provided in Section 5 and/o
