SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS:

For the reasons stated above closing or restricting traffic
movements on Davies and Hastings would not be in the best
interests of the majority of users. Rerouting traffic onto
the Lougheed will only create more congestion at existing
intersections and slow movements more than already exist.

As the majority of traffic volumes occur in the PM peak
hours restricting right turn movements is a possibility. The
decision for this option should only be done when all
possible advantages and disadvantages have been looked at,
for now the existing conditions should prevail.

Upgrading a section of Davies between Fox and Raliegh to
Collector standards should be done as the existing road is
in poor condition. Also Hastings from Lougheed to Davies
should be upgraded as well, both of these projects should be
placed on Capital Works List for the upcoming year(s).
