(nereinafter called the "Lessee" )

_ WHEREAS the Lessor is the registered owner of the lands and premises
situate and municipally known 4s 2384 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitiam, British
Co*umbia, and Legally described as:

Lot 2, (Except parts on plan with bylaw filed 6287), District Lot 289, -
Group One, Plan 1954, New Westminster District; Port Coquitlam, B.C. —

(hereinafter called the "Premises" )5

AND WHEREAS the Lessee desires to rent the Premises from the Lessor on
a month to month basis; '

WITNESSES that in consideration of the premises, and of the sum of. One
Dollar ($1.00) paid by each of the parties to the other, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration:

l. The Lessor does demise to the Lessee; his executors, administrators
and assigns, and the Lessee does hereby take and rent the Premises,
from the lst day of May, 1991 for the term of one month, yielding

during the term the rent of $651.00 of lawful money of Canada payable
in advance by the Lessee to the Lessor by delivery of the same tos
