RESOLUTION: “WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that: 1. All that portion of Lot 2, District Lot 463, Group One, Plan 69169, New Westminster District, shown within the heavy outline on the plan accompanying this memorandum and coutaining 3,132 sq metres (33,720 sq feet), more or less, be sold to Leigh Square Holdings Ltd. 2275 Leigh Square, Part Coquitlam. B.C. V3C 3B9 if terms satisfactory to Council can be agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal is received for any other person; The City Clerk is hereby instructed and autherized to publish and post the "Notice of TInteuticn to Sell Real Property” Notice appearing in the Agenda documents cf this Council meeting; The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
