SUBIECT: of City Property ~ 2100 Block Wilson Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

“WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. All that portion of Lot 2, District Lot 463, Group One, Plan 69169,
New Westminster District, shown within the heavy outline on the plan
accompanying this memorandum and coutaining 3,132 sq metres (33,720 sq
feet), more or less, be sold to Leigh Square Holdings Ltd. 2275 Leigh
Square, Part Coquitlam. B.C. V3C 3B9 if terms satisfactory to Council
can be agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal is received
for any other person;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and autherized to publish and post
the "Notice of TInteuticn to Sell Real Property” Notice appearing in
the Agenda documents cf this Council meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
is appropriate.”

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The draft resolution set out above gives notice of the proposed sale of
property in the 2100 Block Wilson Avenue to Leigh Square Holdings Ltd.
additionally, as part of this same transaction the City will be acquiring
property located at 2247 Wilson Avenue and 2275 Leigh Square from Leigh Square

Holdings Ltd.
