BYLAW NO. 2036

A Bylaw to adopt the Annual Budget for MAY 7 1984
The Corporation of the City of Port:
Coquitlam for the current year, 1984, MAY 14 1984

WHEREAS Section 264 of the "Municipal Act, being Chapter 290 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Annual Budget shall by
Bylaw be adopted on or before the lth day of May in each year;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1984 is appended hereto as
Schedule "A" +o this By law; .

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shal! be the Annual Budget of The Corporation of
City of Port Coquitlam for the year 1984,

This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "Annual Budget Bylaw, 1984,
2036",

Read a tirst time by the Municipal Council this 7+h day of May, 1984,
Read @ second time by the Municipal Council this 7th day of May, 1984,
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 7+h day of May, 1984,

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this 14th day of May, 1984,
