RECOMMENDATION; A, That City Council direct the Clerk's
Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning a
portion of Block C of D.L. 340, Plan
11880 ang Lots 5 ang 6, of Block 56, O.L,.
288, 231 and 232, Plan 211! from RS=2 To
RS=-! and RS=1A,

And that this issue of Development Cost
Charge revisions arising from this change
of plans be referred to the Public Works
Committee for a review of how Development
Cost Charges are to be assessed.

And that a developer's agreement be
Included as a condition for approval of:
This rezoning. The agreement wi ||
provide for maximum driveway grades.

COMMENTS:

When this application was submitted to Counci! last, it was
tabled to provide the applicant to correct deficiencies in the
Subdiviston proposal. Areas of concern that were to be
addresseq [neluded;
