DRAFT RESOLUTION

THAT Lot 9, Block 17, District Lot #74, Group One, Plan 2080,
New westminster District be purchased of and from the
registered owner thereof, Sidney &—. Ransom, P.O. Box 606,
Boissevain, Manitoba at or for the price or sum of $8,500.00.

“THAT the adjustment date be January Ist, 1984 and the
possession date be May Ist, 1984.

THAT all incidental legal expense and Land Title Office Fees,
etc, be paid by the City.

THAT the City Treasurer be instructed to make the necessary
arrangements in order that the purchase price may be paid from
the City'ts Parkland Acquisition Fund;

AND THAT His worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk
and/or the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds,
Documents, Plians, Cheques, or other instruments as are
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate
Seal of the City thereto.
