on any site used for residential premises; the use of any site used for residential premises for the storage, o ‘xepair, cleaning, maintenance, collection or servicing of mechanical equipment including bulldozers, graders, backhoes or other similar heavy construction. equipment; or the collection or accumulation of rubbish, garbage or other discarded . materials or ashes on any site. UNTIDY PREMISES 2. No owner or occupier of real property or premises on the real property shall allow the property or premises owned or occupied by him to become or remain untidy or unsightly. Every owner or occupier of: real property or premises on real property or. his agent is required to remove from the real property or premises any accumulation of rubbish, garbage, ashes, filth, discarded material or discarded bodies or parts of vehicles or machinery. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam may deliver to the owner, occupier or agent of either of them notice in writing requiring that any accumulation ef rubbish, garbage, ashes, filth, discarded material or discarded bodies cr parts of vehicles or machinery be removed from the real property or premises on the real property before the expiry of twentyrone (21) days after the delivery of the notice. In the event of default of this removal and failure of any owner or real occupier of the real property or premises on the real property, or his agent, to comply with the written notice to remove the accumulation, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby authorizes agents and employees of the Municipality to enter the real property or premises on the real property affected to effect the removal at a time and in a manner of administrative convenience to the Municipality at the expense of the person defaulting. 17
