recommend that we proceed with the recommended change in switchboards and
phones as per the report.

FINANCING

We have to pay $2,277 for the installation costs plus $17,860 either
when installed or at the monthly rates mentioned in B. C. Tel's
report for the period we chasse, I would suggest that we advise B.C.
Tel te proceed with the order on the one time payment plan with the
funds coming from our Future Capital Reserve.

SAVING
The above being done we are looking at a Saving of $542 per month
plus we would have an up to date system.

INSTALLATION

Installation would be some time in 1981. and there would only be a
period of one or two minutes when the City Hall would not have any
hones operating at the change over time.
