It was noted that By-law No. 1408 is prerequiste to consideration
of By-law No. 1409 immediately following, which would authorize issuance
of a Land Use Contract, and the City Administrator advised that while the

Land Use Contract as worded does not reflect the fact that Council

previously agreed to not having any particular plan submitted therewith;
it will be presented in a revised form at the forthcoming Public Hearing
thereon.

Alderman Thompson introduced a By-law to authorize the City to

enter into Land Use Contract No. 15.

From the City Clerk, December 3rd, 1975, advising that a By-law to
amend the Building & Plumbing Code Administration By~law is available

for initial consideration and will provide for:

1. Increasing the special building permit fee of $150.00 assessed on
each self-contained housing unit to $250.00;
2. An additional fee to defray the cost of microfilming of plans;
3. Imposition of the new plumbing permit fee recently approved by
Council;
4. The By-law to come into force on January Ist, 1976.
