of Mr. and Mrs. Kenney. It is a beau-
tiful log building with a six foot ver-

fire place in the centre of the main liv-
ing‘ room. Sunday was the first time
most of the people had ‘peen at the new
home and all were plensantly: surpris-
ed.
The first boats bringing guests ar,
rived about eleven o'clock and by the
time all were’ there‘and had gatheréd
about the festive board there were well
over half a hundred: These were seat
‘ed at one long table on the north side
verandah. The fable was heavily tad-
ened with the choisest viands from the
best cooks of the whole Terrace dist-
rict. Everyone had their appetite with.
them and the good things suffered
heavily.

This year the ‘party was extended n
Hittlé and the boys were permitted to
take their best girls along with them,
and a few ‘well. behaved ebildren were
also permitted to partake of ‘the fuu
