Ven. Arch- deacon Rix, of Princd Rupert, administrator of the diocese, was present, and at the conclusion of |; the business meeting gave a most interesting address, Rev. Rural Dean T. J. Marsh was in the chair. A reading of the minutes of the vestry meeting of January 4 by A, C.. Fowler showed an im- provement financially over - the previous year. Over $500 had been sent to the headquarters of the diocese. The W.A., which was doing much faithful. work, had realized $393.85 from its spling and winter, sales, and of this amount $75 had been set aside for the building of a new church, 25 new chairs had been purchased for the church, $30 munity Church, and $55 for mis- sions. The average church at- tendance was 48. - : Archdeacon Rix pretaced his remarks by reviewing the great- ness of British Columbia in point of size and natural wealth.
