At the time that Genstar was developing the north ends of Kensington Place
and Knights Court approximately two years ago, they discovered several drainage
outfalls draining onto their Property. These outfalls were draining the Haze]
Trembath School Site. tn order to prevent damage .o their Property caused by
run-off from these outfalls, Genstar constructed a diversion ditch along the
