A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Ne. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2877".

That certain parcel of iand situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

A 2.08 ha. parcel of

Lot 17

Section 5

Block 6

NRIE

Pian 4318

New Westminster District

as shown on Schedule A, attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from
A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 1994.

Public Hearing held this 21st day of March, 1994.
