Carried. DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PER PZITS: From the City Clerk, July 13th, 1993 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 29/93 for 1749 Myrtle Way. Correspondence was received from Captain W. Taylor, of 3896 March Place in opposition to the Development Variance Pennit. Correspondence was received from Betty and Lennie Butta, 1760 Renton Way in opposition to the Development Variance Permit. Correspondence was received from Louise and Gerald Montgomery of 1759 Renton Way in opposition to the Development Variance Permit. Correspondence was received from Moyra Thompson and Michel Gendron of 3946 March Way in opposition to the Development Variance Permit. Mr. Broker, 3933 March Way spoke of his opposition to small lots in the area. Mr. W. Giesbrecht, Realtor stated that in reference to predominantly large lots in the area, the cul-de-sac beside this home has smaller properties. He also suggests that trees should be retained by the Developer. Mr. W. Patton, 1725 Myrtle Way moved into the area because of the larger lots and would like to see it remain that way. Mr. Crowe, 1749 Myrtle Way noted the property would not box anyone in as it intersects Myrtle and March Way. Ms. Crowe, 1749 Myrtle Way registered complaints regarding people cutting through her property and using it as a pathway. Mr. D. Taylor, 3876 March Place presented a letter he wrote in 1988, plus a 13 name petition opposing smaller lots for reasons stated in the letter. Ms. Crowe, 1749 Myrtle Way feels one additional home will not interfere with life of the other residents.
